I suspect that the wardens are sent because someone in the neighbourhood complained about traffic congestion in the area during those periods when parents would pick up their children. If that is the case, the authorities may have difficulty in striking a balance between the interest of both parties. It is a tricky problem.

I think the only way to minimise congestion and inconvenience for the residents in the neighbourhood is for the parents to limit their stay in the area to as short a time as possible.

For example, in the evenings, most of the kids would only be at the pickup point at about 6.40pm, yet, cars can be seen queuing up from 6.15pm or earlier.

As such, perhaps as a compromise, the parking wardens can be there to ensure no unnecessary congestion before say 6.30pm. They should leave by 6.30pm or allow cars to wait from 6.30pm. That way, inconvenience to both parents and residents may be minimised.

as a responsible singaporean,we should always be reasonable in everything and not to cause obstruction...I have to agree on some points and not agree on some either...TNS is a good school with strategic site in the neighbour...i'll would firmly suggest barriers to avoid more misunderstanding between parents, parking personel and the residents...that way,no misunderstanding will occurs...
